Just got a suggestion. Maca maybe, you can make 10 stipulations. Then each week you pull 4 (or 5?) out of a hat? That could start next round.

Yes. He's certainly not a Forward Pocket.

I would say he is more of a forward flanker though who runs through the middle. Not really a key forward. I don't mind if you pick him though...
