can u afford 2 go into the season without both these players or is there 2much value in one of these players ?? please post thoughts :D

There both risks,

so going without both is alright.
Personally i have Petrie,
hopefully it pays off

EDIT: 1000 POST AND COACH, BOOOOOYA

Both look risky to me. Petrie's looked pretty ordinary so far. If Gamble is guaranteed a game then definitely but he may not be.

I reckon the best way to deal with Petrie situation is to sideways trade a fwd bench option to him just before round 5, when Petrie goes up. This way you skip 2 games of him not scoring and also save 50-60k

+1 agreed. start with gamble if anyone of these 2.

as a sainter, i would like to see gamble do well, and i can see him fit into our side nicely. but im not sure he will fire well all year. some games he will score well, others, he will fade away.

What about knights?
He injured himself on the weekend, although it's minor, thats how his season will go.

Most people will have Roo so gamble would make it two saints. And petrie is out two of the first 3 weeks. If knights is fit he could average 85+

That is the key question, and the Crows miss Rd 2 as well... Nothing wrong with having 2 Saints by the way. I bet you have 2 GC players somewhere...

gamble will deffinetly play the dont recruit recycled players to not play them
so id say gamble

GC is different to st kilda tho. They don't have a bye with two other teams...

I think he will fit in nicely as well.

As for SC he will make you money....All he has to do is turn up to go up in value.

Make sure you don't have players from those other sides then........
