i dont understand how mackie only scored 87 in supercoach!
i think some1 at champion data have a thing against him,
he didnt have many clangers / free kick against,
yet he had 31 possesions 10 marks and only polled 87,
this is bs, champion data are a bunch of homos

This is definetly one of the reasons why i traded him out..... Perfect player for DT but supercoach.... not so much. Doesnt get a lot of contested footy or tackles. I swapped in Gilbert in round 3 for him and never looked back. He is now worth more than Mackie and is averaging more - win, win.

Some players are better in SC than DT - eg. Judd last year - ranked 8 in SC, but 73 in DT.

mate. look how they actually give scores out. his possessions were probably uncontested, maintaining possession with his team, probably all by hand. they dont score highly. and they dont score if they arent effective. mackie obviously gets cheap and easy possessions.
for example. if a player takes a contested mark, kicked from the opposition, it scores 8 points.

mackie sets up alot of attack from defence and his kicks are pin point
and even if he is retaining possesion surely rebound 50s are worth something?

Damn the bias, Mackie's a good pick for SC and DT - wish I had him.

Mackie's numbers will jump now that harley is back, this will free him up more as he will move away from his defensive roles to fill in gaps.

he is in great form now and i would expect his numbers will show a 15 point average gain for the rest of season , jump on

StKilda have had a great start to season with all players having massive jumps in DT and SC numbers, it might be a perfect time to start cashing on the gilberts,gearys and goddards into a mackie  :-*

trading goddard is absurd unless he gets injured. gilbert has to have a few bad games to consider it, but geary is close o being upgraded. i think mackie is more dt than sc, maybe enright is the better option if you want a geelong back
