all rookies are pending as are gia and stevie j i`m watching these 2 like a hawk to see how they are going and where they are playing.
will take in all comments
just note i`ve had my ruck set since dt opened and i`m only changing my benchies if they don`t play
also note dont want swan did fine without him last year.

You've got a fair bit of money left which you should use to get Swan into your midfield.

LF

the extra money is possibly going to be used in the forward line depending how i end up going in that area.

Mr.Craig

Your forward line is very "enigmatic". One week it could be awesome, the next...not so good. Maybe the old work horses like Pav and Goodes might be a safer bet than Sylvia or Rioli.

+1 fwd line looks a bit thin for consistency, although last yr proved a dog for that

Generalsor

I like it, apart from the forward line, for the above mentioned reasons

LF

#7
yeah the foward line is still a working progress i`m constantly changing players.i`d love franklin but i`m not sure i could have him and rioli together.and i don`t really want to get rid of him he did great for me last year and i expect better this year.plus then i`d have too many hawks.

LF

moved heppell from mids to backs to start him on the field.

You will no doubt be losing points every week to everyone else who has Swan as their captain.

LF

didn`t last year i used hodge, boyd, goddard, bartel a couple of times as captain last year depending on who they were playing.
swan is not a must have.

Zarts

lol, swan kind of is a must have. Like, yeah, last year  I did use ablett, goddard and even like chappy as captain at points, but you really do kind of need swan most weeks. He just thrashes.

swan being last years #1 scorer does make him a must have. sure other players will score well and proove good captains certain weeks. but how can you not put in the #1 player, he a lock and leave captain and you WILL suffer when everyone else is on him as captain and he pulls in 40 possies. .... just because you did 'ok' without him last year, is not a good reason imo.

LF

Everyone I Play will have swan.I managed to beat them last year without him because I had unique high scoring picks and most of them were from timely upgrades and from having players that are mpp mids in defence and forward that actually play midfield.they don't nessercarily need to have mpp status either.

Wes Mantooth

I agree. I'd rather wait and see how the interchange and the prominence of pendles becoming the best player for collingwood will do to swan before forking out all that coin. and do some simple math and you'll see what i mean. provided you have other dependable captains eg boyd montagna etc you'll be fine without swan.
