NEW SUB RULE

hey guys, just wondering what your opinions are regarding the new sub rule.i'm thinking that if one of your players is selected as a sub, you might be better off sitting him on the pine. would you select him as an emergency, in case he comes on early to replace an injured player? or would you select another player as an emergency and leave the sub out? i guess it depends on who the sub is, but then again if he was a good player, he'd be on the interchange.

From my understanding you wont know who the sub is?

Teams will name the 4 interchange palyers and can wait until an hour before the game to decide which is the sub?

Yup, even more imortant now to make sure your bench players are quality rookies to give you some cover.
