i was semiaccepted in scotland.
I feel that in this game there is a core group who like to control all happenings. Said group decide who does what and any new people make them feel threatened. Example would be fryengu's attack on dom when he applied for the manager role. He had monoplized it so he felt the need to attack him, like the alphamale.

There's not a lot of love for newbies unless u suck up to high up people... That's what it feels like to me anyway :-\ Aus are probably the most friendly along with India... Scotland weren't very friendly :(

Australia's an open place. Just post a bit on the FTP forums (doesn't have to be offsite) and watch their games (even if it is 2-3 days after). The U19's with Damage and co were very accepting to those eager to help out by being an assistant. They were willing to give each person a shot at assistant before deciding who got the gig (and even threw in a late entry as the World Cup season doesn't start until next season). Very good bunch of guys and they are pretty close but willing to accept others in.

Offsite not great but I prefer an open forum as there is more open discussion.

Although my players are all over the place nation wise.

Agreed even though I didn't get involved much Damage was very welcoming :) Bikram from the Indian community is pretty nice too :)

should i go aus or uae or other?
where u want

UAE sorta links with aussie in a way

Heppa used to manage UAE before australia and is still quite active on the forum on ftp and the offasite which is currently down well the whole site is not just there board but the whole board site it's self

bomberboy0618

i reckon ill go uae :)
australia is too big and if i acquire managerial aspirations the competition will be too numerous and stiff, and more people=less chance of being remembered

Alex, to be fair... Given that R&B is keen with the Canadian community, and you swap and change all the time, you just need to be a part of a management team to stick to it.

And without HP, it would be you 2 at the top of my list so you would be strongly at the top of my list. :P
I change because all the communities seem quite cold and not overly accepting of new members. Tried Kenya basically got told to leave by one of the Assistants, tried Scotland, not very active, same goes for the Netherlands, I tried to try Canada and they never even approved my application to the offsite.
That is why I change. Give me a country that is nice I will stay :K

Given R&Bs commitment to FTP over time, I feel he would be a much better option.
He has put a lot into developing FF FTP & has formed one of the strongest squads on FF. No doubt he would be a good fit ;)
Naw  :-[ Thanks Alex, but really, you spend a lot more time on here and FTP than I do, and you know it ;)
