So for the drafting thing, there are two things we could do; everybody have a vote on which one to do.

1- Suggested by JimmyK) we will draft the remainder of the teams say tonight or tomorrow night
the order of picks will be the last to sign up get first picks?

2- Suggested by Jukes) We have everybody play their teams against each other each week based on DT points. Then, we all get to take a player from one of the teams nobody is to attempt to even up the playing field, player skill depending on how well you do.

For example:
1st Place: No new players.
2nd Place: No New Players
3rd Place: 80k-130k
4th Place: 130k-180k
5th Place: 180k-230k
6th Place: 230k-270k
7th Place: 270k-320k
8th Place: 320k-370k
9th Place: 370k-420k
10th Place: 420k+
