Everybody knows about L.Anthony N.Foley and R.Petterd but what do you all think about the more unique players around that price range like B.Vince, B.Dalziell and S.Wellingham. in 2009 Vince averaged 97 and the year before 83. In 2009 liam anthony averaged 95 and only played 10 games. Only reason i may go for anthony is because everyone reckons players play great 3rd years.

I look at it like this, are they prem players? No

Can any of them increase in value more then a top rookie? Maybe

I don't mind taking on a punt with ay 1 of these guys but in the end it's all about how many prem players you can get in your team and picking the right rookies.

Sure some of these guys you listed might do well this year but are they going to be a perm player in your side or upgrade  ???

I dont think that any will become premium players. if any it will probably be anthony or vince but it just wierd ow i havent heard anything about vince but all about anthony

If everyone knows about them they aren't unique :P
I have quite a few mid pricers at the moment. Including Rich, Anthony, Steele, Dangermouse and Higgins. I am aware this is too many and I am trying to cut them down. Reality is if they can average 90 plus as I think all of them can, they will be keepers. The guys you mentioned aren't there...At least not yet.

@darcy, I think Vince has been in for 2 knee operations over this preseason he missed at least all of Jan in recovery and maybe still is in the recovery group and not rejoined the main group for training?

That's probably why you haven't heard much on him this year, with such an interrupted preseason it would be unlikely he's going to get back to '09 levels.... (may be an upgrade target mid year though if he finds form....)
