So, what have we learnt from the first round of the NAB cup?
1. Collingwood look awesome. Whoever beats Collingwood will win the flag.
2. No-one will take the Suns lightly now.
3. it's going to be a long season for Brisbane.
4. Some of Geelong's kids can play, and may keep them in the top 4.
5.

The Swans have a history of poor NAB cups, I still don't rate the Suns... yet.

5. Liam Jurrah is in for a big year

6. The highest finishing non-Victorian team will come from Adelaide or Fremantle.

Freo have a fair few injuries though Roost - my oblique way of saying don't forget about Sydney!  ;)
(though i'm just hoping they make the 8 at this stage ...)

I wouldn't discount Sydney either. Only going to be better than last year IMO.

I don't think Jurrah will be one of the big stories... I think Watts will be a bigger story.

I think he will because he is has x-factor. He will have a long highlights reel, but will be inconsistent. I think Watts will have a greater impact, but it will be with less fireworks and excitement.

I would love to think so. If he tackled a little more and stopped handballing so much he'd be in my team. Doesn't mark the ball much either. Im not of the same opinion of SC ADDICT though.
