anyone tell me who the best rookies are to go on the bench this year?

it seems d swallow, H harris from gc, mzungu freo, heppel ess,  gaff conca  atley contin libba and wallis

Even if he plays he will struggle, it takes a loooooooooooong time to get over it.

It doesn't take that long to find the rookies you should pick....
Some worth looking at for starting are Swallow, Mzungu & Polec.
On the bench you should look at I. Smith, M. Hibberd & D. Prestia.

Harris is a good option as well, although he isn't a rookie.

Id recommend dual position bench players for example,

Prestia - can be swapped as a forward aswell

hibbert - and also can be swapped as a backman

wallis - if he gets picked to play he should be good

Prestia and Hibbert will come in handy for when the teams have byes, but make sure u got defender subs that can play in midfield too such as hepple, and forward subs such as cullinan and Mzungu who can play midfield, and u can swapped them around when byes occur
