Did anyone see this the other day about how Pears career is at the crossroads?!
"Career at crossroads: Tayte Pears has a lot to prove this year. He is behind the eight ball with injury and needs a good season to stay on the list." WTF!

That is completely BS (Not BoredSaint) ::).

With Fletch at the age he is, you would think Pears just needs to play to stay on the list. He's an awesome talent and 1 mildly off season/injuries would surely not get dropped from the list!!! If this happens, I will change teams!!! Him and Hooker are the future of our Backline KPP's and many teams would love to have that pair ::).

Exactly he's the future rock in our backline for years to come. If anything we could lose him to GWS :-\ ... But theres no way he'll be delisted that's just ridiculous...

I've gone for Monfries.

1. Is a very capable goalkicker
2. Moves into the midfield sometimes and that surely gives him more credit
3. He is an experienced player but has never been fully in the light, its his turn now
4. Has a good bond with Hirdy
Well done Luigi ;D Based on last night he is going to do alright this year ;)

Alex7089

Yep, he played very well last night. Well done Luigi ;)

Going to GWS for the money at his age is understandable. But to delist him, I agree with you.

zaharakis for me, and how come 3 people have said zahar, yet he has only 1 vote :P
ye Zaha

Maca24

would expect a good 8 or so players to really step up this year.
Our list has lots of potential guns.
Think this year Crameri will be good up forward.
Hurley should keep on improving, he is an absoljute jet.
Zaharakis is one to watch aswell. big year looms :)

GDRAGONS

i voted other because i think David Myers will be the big improver, he is a numer 6 draft pick who has been starved of oppurtunity by knights also has been played deep in defence which isnt really his position i see him more midfield, wing running half back style player.

Boomz

Well according to Slattery that's where Myers is going to keep playing this year :x... I don't midn him down back tbh...

GDRAGONS

honestly suprised slattery is still in the squad, just read that article after i posted and am abit disappointed i reckon myers would be more effective in the mids than slattery who is shocking all round

Boomz

Slattery does his job... His disposal is questionable at times. He's not a bad player though.

Well maybe Hird will get him playing differently and more effective.

Zaharakis i reckon
it wont b williams and he shoudnt even be up there he has peaked and that was 05 and 06 for the hawks wen he got around 50-60 goals both yrs

fo sure - cant believe some people are picking him in their teams.
