 :'(. I'm playing the odd Youth or second stringer so 140k ratings seem the norm for me (falling in ratings). Short term hurting (but still winning every now and again) but long term gain 8).

O'Meagher has played 7 senior games in total and that will probably be a dozen or so come EOS. Decided to stop looking for a batsman and play Chapman/O'Meagher.
Should be alright.

i am resting players as well but my youth team is getting stronger in ratings given i have a young squad. Just need to wait till last seasons ratings are finished

i got 5 19 year olds, and im rating 78k, should get way above that by EOS

but you pay attention on your youths zz, i dont. but starting to invest a little now. My average age for my youth team is 17.81

In my last youth match I rated 79k, with 5 19 y.o's.
Average age is 18.36. Although I am going to drop one of my 19 y.o's and start playing a 17 y.o since he is almost as good and want to start getting experience in to him :)

Have been giving experience to Youths (6 last night). Play GS this week, so my ratings will be back up, and will aim for Top 500 by EOS.
