4 players in my XI are over 25 but I plan to clean those out at EOS if I can find good replacements if not over next season.

my team is going to get younger as my academy increases thats my plans atm i have Aladdin Khoury and Lyndon Neal as back-ups

Yeah same Cookie, if everything goes to plan I will be in Div 3 in T20 & SOD next season and I will have more money to put into academies. I'm kind of a season or two behind where you are :P

Haha cookie, I've kinda stayed to the same strategy in my time.

Nice Alex 8). I'll stay up in Div 1 for next season but will likely be relegated next season in SOD and T20 as I'm sitting in 3rd for both quite comfortably (But 4 new teams coming in). But the extra cash will come in handy for my Academies and my odd 20 y.o buy as Projects :).

May promote to Div1.1 in SOD and relegate in 20/Twenty to 3.1 seeing as my ranking changed from 110k pre-season to 170k now.

i dont mind some of my players, younger players that is. Yeah hello. I went top team and then team of 21 and 22 year olds then just best team with some youth and i am where i am now. i went almost a full season selling off best players for 20-22 year olds
