Guns and Rookie Forward line?

is it just me or does there apear that the forward rookies are just as good as the mid. I always start the 4 gun 2 rookie mid, but im seriously considering starting 4 gun 1 MP and 2 rooks in the forward line. I dont tihnk there are many back rookies so i have no rookies starting and of course none in the ruck.

for me i have richardson, mzungu, krakoer, matera, prestia all in the forward line with calllinan in the mids

yeah im with you there bro, but i feel the need for rooki spot in the mid for upgrades like barlow and gaza ablet

I think the thing is half those guys are MPP so picking them up in mid or fwd makes life very interesting

yeah alot of them are fwd/mids but i call them forwards anyway. You only need 1 fwd.mid in the centre. I have 6 guys that can change in and out of that position.

using this format i have been able to get 4 guns and grimes in the backline, 3 super premiums in the middle and anthony, 1 premium ruck and the 4 super premium forwards

yeh your right, it will make it very easy to do upgrades and downgrades :)

i agree, but i put mzungu in the midfield for future upgrade, i dont like having too many rookies on the field anyways.

Yeah, at this stage I'm starting two rookies in my forward line. Probably Krakouer & Mzungu in rnd 1.

Yeah it's weird. I have started an extra rookie in the forward and have another premium in the midfield this season.

Only starting 2 rookies this year. (Matera & Heppell)

But I have 3 super premiums in mids this year. (Swan, Boyd & Montags)
