What are people's thought about the 3rd midfielder?

In my midfield there are currently two premium, and three rookies with a mid pricer that I’m unsure about. I was wondering what people thought about the following people for a third midfielder?

(WCE) SHUEY, Luke      323,300 â€" could be a great improver this year
(CAR) MCLEAN, Brock   311,700 â€" if he can get back to averaging in the 90’s will be good.
(RIC) FOLEY, Nathan   364,000 â€" injury is the only risk but should be able to average in the 100’s if fully fit.
(MEL) SCULLY, Tom   345,900 â€" the sky is the limit with this kid, with Melbourne on the improve I can see him getting close to the 100 mark this year.
(ADE) DANGERFIELD, Patrick   340,100 â€" Big raps on him this year and with MPP could be a good pick.

Or if I can stretch my budget I was thinking about (ADE) THOMPSON, Scott 441,600, this guy
Will be Adelaide’s number one midfielder and could go well over the 100 mark this year.

Or the other option is to shuffle other positions around and get a premium midfielder or go
the other way and get a rookie and use the money else where?

What are people’s thoughts and is there any other mid priced players to be looking at?

If you could afford Cale Morton at $391,700 I would say get him as a unique.
He is into his 4th season now, averaging over 80 in his last 2. Has put on more muscle again this year so I think this could be his break out year

It was announced last week that Morton is out with a finger injury.

He reckons he's a chance for round one, but I doubt it.

Interrupted pre-season = not worth it IMO.

if you really want to take a risk jump on chris masten, could be in for a massive year

i had the same problem as Dais... In the end I was hoping he would get dropped because if he played he would of lost value big time.. It's a NO for me as well..

So i'm guessing your not interested in Jack Trengove

if u can stretch as high as thompson u might want to look at b vince too. injury riddled last year and should cope with the tag better this year...but i think liam anthony too.

I did have a look at Jack but this year I think that Scully will score much better than him this year.

I was actually seriously looking at Vince he's $378K, but he is still getting over his injuries, but if he can prove his fitness by round 1 he is one guy who could definately get and average of 100+.
