What are people's thought about the 3rd midfielder?

If you're starting 3 rookies in the midfield, i reckon you should be have 3 premiums in there as well. Rookies aren't always consistent and they don't always get games (ala mitch banner 2010). So if one of your starting rookies doesn't get as many games as you thought he would you'll have to fall back on a bench rookie to start for you. If this did happen and you only had 2 premiums, your midfield won't score well and will let you down.

Everyone knows the midfield is the engine room, but also holds the most value. Three starting rookies is certainly taking advantage of the value available, but only starting 2 premiums doesn't contribute to the engine room side of the midfield...if you get me.
