montagna or cross?

montagna averaged 111 in the last 11 rounds of 2010 and 102.83 in the last 6 games (not including finals)

cross averaged 116.27 in the last 11 rounds of 2010 and 116.50 in the last 6 games (not including finals)

is cross the better option? can he lift his average to 115+? is cross the perfect unique premium?

...im starting with Cross but will possibly upgrade to Montagna, both are guns

Cross is a jet. People get too caught up over how often he handballs...but sc points are allocated in so many ways that this barely matters.

Montagna probably has more upside though having previously averaged over 120 twice

Very little in this one...I started with Selwood then went to Cross but have settled on Monty. Not 100% locked in yet either.

Had both Montags and Crossy. Didn't really let me down at all. Think Cross scored under 100 (87) once when I traded him in.. Can't go wrong with any premos I reckon.

I'm trying to avoid duplicate premiums from the same team as well as premiums who will miss out during finals which definitely cuts down the starting options. As a result, I'm seriously tempted to start both these players. Cross is a gun who finished last season like an ultra premium and I think Montags has some potential to increase his average from last year

but cross and montagna both have the bye round 6 so its like having 2 players from the same team :/

round 4 it will be ;) u should have enough cover to cover both of them though if u start with the right rookies, and maybe use MPP ;)

I'd start with Cross, and aim for Joey as an upgrade option as the Saints have their second bye early.
