Eagles might surprise you this week Valk. Dont under estimate the effect that a run of injuries can have on a team, especially in regard to fitness and confidence. You guys are severely stretching your depth right now, especially if Balla and Fyfe dont pull up.

From all reports Balla and FYFEY!!! (TM still pending) are both looking good to play this week - although FYFEY!!! will be $1800 lighter.

It will be a big game, presumably the Dockers go in favourites but not by as much as everyone would have thought at the start of the season.

Sandi v Cox will be great to watch.

Not true. Look at ur injury list... 2 tough weeks doesn't suddenly change everything either. Freo can win a flag in the next few years with this crop of players.

There isn't that much separating Essendon and Carlton and Freo. A win and a half. Still another 16 weeks to go. You guys have had a lot of guys out, guys that have just come back and are still readjusting.
If we lose to Richmond next week (as we have in the last 3 Dreamtime games ::) ) then you guys could (potentially) be a draw behind us.

To be honest, they are not particularly great sides you lost to which is the real concern.

If you lost that first game against Brisbane (lets face it it, you were very lucky), your ladder position might be a bit more reflective of how you are actually travelling. It's a good time for Freo to get the bye, sorry I mean Port, this week. ;)

If Cruiseon and Cicjose got marred they should be banned from procreating.

Cruiseon: I counter your counterfactual with this what if: The Dockers had beaten Geelong (which by rights they should have) and were injury free. They could be undefeated right now. Dont try to diminish the improvement of the dockers, they are definite top 8 and top 4 with a fit side. Expect them to come back with avengance in the second half of season.

Cicjose: You are the WORST supporter ever, the point of being a supporter is SUPPORTING. So support your bloody team for flowers sakes. They look good, they are just down on personnel and confidence as a result.
