Bit of issue there! While its cool to bet on uniques like Birchall, Hargrave, Suban, bartram and Lonergan. You definitely don't want all 5!!!

Similar story in the forward line. And Probably a little too heavy in the mids

'very' unique team mate! you going mid-pricer strategy?

difficult to gauge Rd1 cover at this stage but ... Mzungu looks good to play in place of D Swallow right at the moment and then it'll depend on Atley or Wallis in addition to Conca - obviously hard to predict but on current chatter Atley might be enough to be your emergency cover and Conca should be ok i think to play Rd1 - then Rd2 you can slot Swallow and Harris in for a bit ...

thinkin of gettin rid of either bartarm birchall or lonergan but taken a big gamble

If your gonna go a mid pricer strat you really want those selections to increase their averages by 15+ points through the season. So the trick is to pick the players you think will increase the most. I see Ossie, Hargrave and Lonergan struggling to increase at all. Birchall and Varcoe could turn out to be very good picks. Dangerfeild, Yarran, Zaharakis and Knights are some of the more hyped mid pricers getting around this pre season that people are expecting improvement from. I don't see anything wrong with your strategy just need to put some more research into players.

haha nice one

too many mid pricers in defence and forwards, means you'll have to use heaps trades to upgrade them later on, as most of them won't be keepers

Damn man. I see your problem clear as day.

Midfield players  are waaaaay to heavy on the $$$$$$$.

Look around for some cheapies.

I personally only have 2 guns in the mids and the rest are mid pricers and rookies.

Centers really generate the cash and you'll have a midfield like that at the end of the season.....If you trade well......

P.S: Bench Steward now....WTF? :P

kalani

k cool thanks windigo try to genearally pick either mids in backline or at least running backs, my mid are well... mids i guess as for FWDs i like to get Mids aswell haha, i really like varcoe real hard worker and a good tackler

Windigo

Yeah, Varcoe could be a great choice this year.
