If anyone doing the 3/0/3 (Harris as a rookie)mids structure.. who would be the 3 premos you guys would look at the most?? Just making convo not trying to get you guys to pick them for me lol..

Swan - is the obvious lock, everyone has him and Goddard then you don't have to worry about captain choice. The best player in the best team.

Hodge -  mid only this year but one of the best couple of players in the afl, in a side the will be close to top 4.

Judd - Consistantly brilliant, Mclean fit and Gibbs (maybe) moving back to the middle will only help his scores.

All those guys on a bad week will still get you 90+, each will get many 140+ as well.

Honorable Mentions
Selwood - Slight query over how he will go without Ablett/Cats potentially dropping a few more games.
Montagna - Could just as easily be in the top 3 as a SC scorer, but perhaps very slightly behind as a player.
Ablett - Not at his price, still a champion, but will drop off in scoring from previous few years, not many can dispute that.
Pendlebury - Slightly off the top 3, but like Selwood has potential to himself at the very top.
Cross - Great scorer last year but not completely convinced on him just yet.
Murphy - Great player, again, could improve but slightly behind the top 3 as well.

Pretty spot on there but as you mentioned those others could easily pass one of them for Fasntasy.

I have the same mid structure in mind too, just fine tuning the iffy spots in there and the rookies

Reckon Gablett will be popular about Round 6. Slaughter a cash cow, He will have played 5 rounds and expecting him to drop a bit. Not saying a straight swap, but for those with cash reserves, see ownership growing after 5-6 rounds.

m8 very broad question! depends what ur after, with a 3-0-3 style for starters i'm guessing ur fairly well stocked in the other areas in ur squad. guess u gotta have a good spread from each team. i look for starters with good value and good legs. i want 22 games with the least amount of risk for injury, ect. i think players like jack, deledio are very good starters, won't top the charts but don't bring u doughnuts.
but i think the top shelf mids have already been highlighted. any 3 will go alright really. should be about a good 8 or so u can choose from.

Yeah just looking for some thoughts if I went the 3/0/3 with Harris.. Seeing if going for the 3 most expensive mids minus Ablett was the way to go?? liked to hear thoughts of others about the up and coming premos, Swallow and the like..

except for Rd 23 when Judd won't play... Make sure you have some trades up your sleeve.

I would go Swan, Goddard, and Selwood this year, but you have to be weary of Selwood's bye in Rd 22 as well.

Yeah I'm not putting in heaps of players from teams with late season byes. I could probably get away with Selwood/Chapman but then next week would have to worry about Gibbs/Judd.. stupid byes
