I want to know your opinions on Steele (like my pun???). I want him as a 5th mid, any others around the 345k and under mark?

Yeh I really like Steele and think he could finish up with a 95-100 ave. I'm trying to work him intoy team as 4th mid. Just hard to find the right structure with him in.

Nice Pun? ;).

If you have him as your 5th mid, really stocking up with the midfield (when there are quite a few rookies you could jump on). He does look set to improve his game if he continues his midfield run. Many pick him to continue his rise and gotta take some risks to be in it!!

P.S Got a spare minute, Go over to the FF Personality Of The Year thread and cast your votes!!! Pretty sure you have 4 votes so why not? Don't like the canidates, nominate yourself! All are welcomed. Might add you don't have to vote for me as there are many worthy canidates for votes. Vote for Bomberboy please :).

I have to disagree that he'll average 95-100, though he'll improve to 85-90.

This very true, alot of your money is being spent in your mid if sidebottom is going to be your 5th mid, try to save money where you can.

Do you really want a guy averaging under 100 in your mids towards the end of the year. You will probably be tempted to upgrade him towards the end of the season

My guess is that he is picking Sidey to breakout to become a premium. We don't know what he will average this year and could suprise us all and go 100+ for all we know! He's a risk at that price but have to decide if he's a risk worth taking.

He plays for a Premiership team and won't get tagged with those around him. Check that off for a potential DT breakout ;).

possible but with the wealth of midfield talent/options the Pies have i don't think it is likely that he'll become the next dominant force after Swan and Pendles ... when he was listed as a fwd, he was a strong consideration to almost a lock but once he was rated as a mid (like Thomas) he went out of my plan team like a hot potato ...

Indeed J ;). But DT is more of a possession game. So if he gets a bit of ball and steals some of Swan (:P), could turn it on DT-wise.

If he was listed as a forward, would have to compete with Dids :P.

steven_ora

i can see him averaging in the 90's but not sure if it will be this year or next...
