im tossing up between Bartel Pendles Selwood Lenny anyone except GAj really !

Will hurt you in round 7 when the Pies have the bye and it is still a league round.

if there was no bye, i would say yes, but having 2 guns on the the same team out on the same day will hurt, best to get another rookie or midpricer like anthony. if you absolutely need another premium, i would probably say bartel, but why not GAJ?

Cant afford Gaj thats the only reason , will get him in round 10 !

I would go 4 pendles because swan will have a really high break even and if he scores something like 100 he will fall and keep falling till about 450k (I'm guessing) so go 4 pendles now and get swan later  ;D

I wouldnt go for Pendles and Swan.  Their byes are in league rounds and 2 stars out like that will hurt you.

i'd just like to point out that if you're going for a league win then it shouldnt be a problem having more than one cat in your midfield.

Provided you finish in the top 4, and you win your first finals match. You will have a bye the next game (Geelongs bye) and then face your next opponent with two fresh stars the next week.

If people are willing to start with Monty and Boyd in the same reason i see no reason to have 2 collingwood players ( i assume you are going for ranking). If you are playing league i dont see why people just dont tank a round. If i was going for league i would pick alot of players from the same team and just throw away some rounds e.g i would play alot of stkilda, gellong and collingwood players

Could look to downgrading Heppell to Hibberd in the midfield to get some extra cash for Ablett?

I think having 2 pies could work but I wouldn't do it. Byes could hurt but if you have good cover, I say why not. As long as you can cover them, get players from the same team. Just know of the caution you need when it comes time for their bye.
