is it worth doin??????? have picked allot of player in my starting line up with this in mind..

but are they all good picks? being mpp is useless if they wont play

First concern is that they actually get games. MPP is useful, but first and foremost you want your rookies making money.

Up fwd it's worth it but I don't think anywhere else is.

seems a bit pointless having them all mpp as you can only swap with another mpp i would keep 1 of each f/mid b/mid but the mpp list seems pretty weak except for the guys you should be starting anyway could find much better options imo

Without naming names, it's a bit hard to comment. I think having some MPP is a good strategy, but it can't be your only strategy.
You also need to be mindful of byes, and how your structure if affected if/when you start to upgrade some of these MPPs to non-MPP players.
And +1 to the others - if they aren't going to play much, not worth the effort
