I'd really suggest, that once Ling retires, which should be fairly soon, considering his age and the amount of injuries.

I'd really see Selwood, stepping up and leading the Team in a really GREAT manner. With Selwood as Captain of Geelong, it could really step up the Team, and at this point right now, it would be a good option.

...Only my opinion. What are your thoughts about this?
