brown still suffering groin injury.
think you may need another premium mid.

Not sure about Harvey, kind of skeptical about him.  With your leftover $ upgrade either Harvey or perhaps Brown to Didak.

That still leaves you with about 80K to upgrade Thompson or Burgoyne.  Look at Bartel or Hodge.

You could also look at moving Heppell into the backline and having another mid-range midfielder but I'm not sure who there is around that price range.

didak is also injured.
i think he has heppell in mids because he is a mpp player and having him in mids means he can swap god gibbs or delids in to mids if he needs to.

Scotch

Good point Luvfooty, one you just made on my own team  ;D.

Perhaps Chapman then, an expensive upgrade but he has the money to spend.

Managing to slot either Chapman or Pav into the midfield would allow for a nice rotation too.

thanks for the advice.

thanks for the info on brown. not someone you want to go in with injured considering his history. will look at alternatives.

had already thought of adding Bartel to my mids, possibly for Burgoyne, and will most likely do this swap . Although Burgoyne fit will only improve i believe. Will keep an eye on him.

I have a feeling to avoid chapman. Not sure why, but he's giving me bad vibes. Likely to look at Didak assuming he's fit and ready round 1.

will keep an eye on gaff to but not sure where to slot him in

Scotch

I'd take Franklin over Didak this season due to Dids' injury.

And you're right about Burgoyne, but Bartel has room for improvement now as his importance has spiked with the departure of Ablett.

My remaining thoughts relate to J Brown (will see what happens in the NAB cup).

And also with all reports of Gaff being a bit of a gun, i wouldn't mind squeezing him in there somewhere. Any recommendations on that one?

Drummond is injured may be the cheaper adcock is the way to go?

maybe anthony or foley rather than S Thompson?

Brown will have plenty of question marks good thought on seeing how he goes in nab cup

Judd has proven to be a better player in SC and in umpires votes. A no no for DT....for his price, u get better value. I reckon K.Jack can out score him this year and is cheaper. and no swan???? Tight games for u will come down to Swan (C) V Pendles (C).....i hate to rely on that...lol

thanks for the Drummond advice. Will look into that one.

I have picked up Scott Thompson remembering that  the crows are now missing mcleod, edwards and goodwin. Expect Thompson to run in the midfield majority of the time and hopefully be a major ball winner. Maybe.... maybe not...

am keeping an eye on Brown and will make my decision on him come en dof NAB cup.
