Still it sucks he could probably be reas/cap or cap/reli by the time he was 20 which would be OK with the talents and batting, worth the investment :(

Yeah if I did do that plan I reckon train bowling until he is like 22/23 then secondaries and bit of batting.

Wouldn't need the batting he would be handy at 8 :P
But yeah pretty much he could get to at least exp/exp I reckon.

But if you trained batting to Cap/Reli after getting secondaries up to scratch and Exp/exp bowling he would be very handy up the order a bit.

Yeah suppose, although by then you would be one of the big top teams so Liderwood like wouldn't be as good.
