I have the same issue BBoy. So far I have found selling players very useful to force myself to play youth. So far I have sold Dunn/Khan to make myself play Collins, and Rimmington/Bowen to make myself play Jackson, now I am selling Hay to make myself play Linton.
Linton is on his way to exp/exp at the moment, shouldn't be too far off got his tech pop not long ago but he had been on tech for almost a season. He is 21. A gun 8)
Might switch him to fielding for a while actually if he is going to play. Ratings will take a hit but the exp will be handy.

Same, when I saw him on the TM this morning. But was only gonna do that if he stayed below 30k.
