Do as you said and downgrade Rohan to Conca. More upside!

I don't think Everitt will be any good this year, but that's personal opinion.

Is Stanely MPP with Petrie? if not possibly go with Tippet (not the Crows one). Many team structures have Petrie as second ruck and Tippet as forward bench. Seeing as you have Jolly number 2 Ruck, just change out Stanely for Tippet.

Varcoe, I have read on these forums, has been tipped for a change of roll this season. I like.

Green I am not sure of... he's about to turn 30, but could be a nice unique. Will have to see

Looks good though not sure about Rohan in there, start Gaff and trade Rohan for a good cheapie for money..
Now with the money you can upgrade Goodes or Varcoe to a good premium
