Ablett or Swan

hey just wondering who is better and will they lose value?

start with swan, nobody knows how ablett will go at GC, much safer to start with swan and set ablett as an upgrade target

Swan by a mile.

Ablett may well, and is likely to perform exceptionally, but there are a few question marks due to the fact that he won't have the quality midfield around him at GC that he had at the cats, to feed him the ball.

Ablett also has 2 byes early in the season, meaning he'll be missing from your team, but also that he has an uninterupted end to his season, at the pointy end of the season. This means that us DTers have a chance to see how he goes at GC and pick him up as an upgrade later in the season, after his bye.

But you really can't go wrong with either. Both proven dreamteamers.

Even if you get Swan for no other reason than that most other people will have him over Ablett then that'll at least keep you on a level playing field ;)

yep def swan. also for the fact that you prob already have swallow in your team, and you dont want too many players from the same team in the same position of your team.

get em both! sure gary isnt playing round 1 but once round 2 comes every gold coast player will be looking for there skipper! he will dominate.

my only interest in GAJ is how far his price drops by rd 10 and will he still be a top 5 midfield scorer... i believe he will but theres a chance he wont
