yes shog i believe a team that lost to richmond this week did beat your beloved bombers last week Stanton, also we have many players that are much harder, tougher and better players than ur bed buddy brent. These include brent harvey (unquestionably), daniels wells (classier more dangerous player) and while we are lacking any more quality midfielders at the moment (mind you we were still good enough to beat a team starring Brent Stanton (aka. the man ur in love with)... WOW and what a side essendon are mate. We also have these guys (who are going to be much better than brent stanton in the future)  - h-mac (2nd/3rd best ruck in comp, easily better and more important to a football team), aaron edwards (you just wait mate), Liam anthony (will be superstar although i admit brent is better at the moment) and last but not least Jack Ziebell (this guy is already as useful as brent stanton and will become a gun in the future.

I have seen him play mate. He looks to me like one of those guys that just knows how to get his hands on the football so if he is named to play, which is almost guaranteed i would jump on him. Money to be made mate!!!


Also i have decided instead of embley to get sam fisher in the backline. Fisher is currrently 366k and has a breakeven of 134, but even tho he will drop say to 350k this week i think he is faiirly cheap and i need to get him now as to secure another 40-50 more points which i believe is more important than the 15k.

Nickyt I'm sorry mate you're entitled to your own opinion but there is no way wells is a better player than Stanton although I admit boomer is unquestionably. Now with hmac cox is no 1 hille no2 and I'm not being biased then big sandy and then hmac although Fraser is up there also. With Edwards is a good player although too inconsistent dontno a lot about Anthony and ziebell is class and also a great bloke I met him at a Cgs party. I think your also forgeting Stanton is 22 and has a lot of improvment left in him hence I beleive ziebell and swallow will rival Stanton as a great player in the future.

mate uve changed! ur finally getting involved in some good conversation, yes i agree edwards is inconsistent but i think he could well be a superstar of the future, i also forgot to mention ben warran and gavin urquart (don't think ive spelt that right) i think these guys also show promise. I understand that the roos are rubbish this year (i hate to admit it but yes the win agaist the bombers was a little flukish) but i do think come 2011-2012 we could be right back up there with some of the young guns we have picked up.

dude i wouldnt get my hopes up :-/ we havent been able to rebuild our team for a long time now, because we allways end up finishing top 8 even with a team that people thought would come bottom 4 for the past few yrs... although i really think we actualy got some good young up and commers for once, wells still isnt impressing me unfortunately but deff has alottttt of pottential. as for anthony and ziebell.. i cant wait to see what they might become in a couple of yrs time

yep agree with that mate i don't think we are going to have the youngsters to win us a flag or anything, but u never no. I personally think this is our fall over and die year and if it wasn't for the gold coast team i think we would be recieving some tasty draft picks. Anyways i just hope anthony gets a game soon!

Youd be surprised how many decent posts i acrually have mate and I think by 2012 you'll be top eight maybe a little sooner. I think bomber roos games will be classics in about 5 years. I can't wait to see guys like hurley zaharakis winderlich gumbo jay mature and turn into superstars. Hopefully I get drafted to the donsmate playing for sandy dragons atm although no were near good enough for afl. I've seen Aton Edwards at nandos his prity short got a mint gf though
