$420000 Backmen HELP!

I have $420000 to spend on a backman. My backline stands at:
Goddard Deledio Duffeild Hurn ________ Otten Heppell
EMG. Toy talia Duigan

A few players to choose from are
Bock Harbrow Mackie Gram Drummond.
Tell me what you think doesnt have to be a player from above

Gilbee is 350k, Gibbs 400k, Broughton 370k, Milburn/Enright,380k and Rawlings 380k, Take ya pick, Gilbee would be mine as thier averages are all close, Then you have 70k to bank b4 round 1 in case you need to trade players that won't play rnd.1 ;-)

Would it be possible to get an extra 8k or so and get Grimes? If not then you have two options IMO. If you're a gambler take Drummond (bear in mind he has hip issue atm). If you prefer to play it safer then...Bock, maybe. As a senior GC player he could do well. Just a suggestion anyway.

im leaning towards Bock , but my back line isnt to bad. so maybe i start 2 rookies and trade arron davey to judd if i can afford it. just dont know what rookies to start

I wouldn't go near Mackie (& I'm a cats fan - he's no good fantasy-wise), Gram (look at his history - not flattering at all), or Drummond (INJURY-PRONE!!).
Of those you listed, I'd go Bock or Harbrow - I would expect them to play every game & score very well (as rookie team-mates won't take too many points off them).

My other suggestion would be to go for Adcock, and using the just under $90,000 you'd save to upgrade davey to one of j.corey, sewell, mundy, or d.thomas.
