Ahh...you do notice all the other banana lounges are facing towards the water? :P

This was when I was in Mauritius and the sun was setting over the Indian Ocean up on the north coast. We turned our lounges around because the sun was in our eyes.
You can see by my white body I don't care too much for the sun  :P

I was having much more fun enjoying the Fruit Cocktail (it cost 14 Euro  :o) 

The island itself is covered in Sugar Cane and they make magnificent Rum. The bar at the resort we stayed at had their own special concoction and had the effect that Cava from Fiji has on you.....

There is literally a scorpion amongst other things floating in that  - and the smallest scoop of that immediately makes your lips go numb and forces you to leap onto the bar and begin a very patriotic version of Khe San  :D

I really do not like Kava at all, probably the worst drink I have ever had! Although the way it makes your mouth numb is pretty cool :)

I use to love Sugar Cane. Parents use to bring some home when I was younger. Use to chew on them for a while (little pieces) :P.
