Backs - Ellis is very average. 2 Saints starters.

Mids - 2 Magpie starters and not a fan of O'Keefe anymore, too old.

Rucks - Better choice of second rucks than Clark

Fwds - Higgins is soft as butter.

Not a bad team though, just tweak those rookies after pre-season.

I think you got too many GC players.  Yes they're likely to earn you cash but you'll might get stuck with some if you run low on trades.

I also agree that Clark is not a good option at R2 but I like a lot of your other emergencies.

My advice is that if you have 200k in the bank you should upgrade one of your backs or forwards for a premium.

Higgins, Petrie, and Petterd is a pretty risky forward line so I'd look at changing one of those.

Cheers for the comments. I hadn't really taken the bye into consideration..

i've made some changes to limit the amount of the same players I have from the same team on each line..

Also removed Clarke as he will be playing full forward in place of Fev from what i'm told..

O'Keefe gone....

Will see how Ellis goes in NAB cup..

I realise I have quite a few Gold Coast players however if I can get past round 1, i figured most will be cash cows with only round 9 to worry about (only going for league win) selected Rookies are just a starting position atm..

Fisher out for Duffield
Pendles out for Boyd
Clarke out for Jolly
O'Keefe out for Silvia
Higgins out for Rioli
Taylor out for Gaff (made Heppell a DEF instead of Midfield)
