Not a bad team.

Might want to put either Jacobs or Heppell in the mid so you can take advantage of the DPP's such as Goddard and Gibbs in your defence. Same goes for putting one of the M/F rookies in your midfield. Other than that looks fine.

Put one of Goddard, Deledio and Gibbs so that you have the opportunity to use their dual positioning if you need to!

Im in the same boat with mackie... ended up changing him to grimes, there seems to be more upside with him, i reckon he'll get a bit of time in the guts this yr

id take grimes ova mackie but im scared of him getting injured again he is prone to getting injured!!!!

i know alot of people are lookin at MPP but still starting high scoring backs in mid seems a waste. Goddard in back to replace mackies spot, downgrade foley to swallow, use money on another decent mid.

If you pick rookies that will play on the bench and have the right MPP rookies shouldn't have to worry about 0's. 24 trades are available. Alot of mid priced average players in defence and forward lines are going to provide so many inconsistent scores and waste alot of trades upgrading them, and then you have to find a player to upgrade them to because the premium backs and forwards people are putting in their mids.

Atm for your side you have to weigh up
Goddard Mackie Foley
vs
Goddard (Hayes, Selwood, Hodge) Swallow

imo Swallow n foley will score similiar, premium mid will outscore mackie on a very regular basis. Huge points difference in the long run.

Thats just my opinion anyways, alot of people dont agree and are doing it differant and thats fine to.
