ok so here is the first draft of my team for this year. not to bad for about 10 minutes of work. room for improvement though.

Backs: Goddard, Gibbs, Deledio, Gilbee, Fisher, C.Cornes, Otten
           Res: Cribbin okeefe mcgovern

Mids: Swan, Bartel, Boak, Goodes, Kerr, Heppell
        Res: Roach twoamey andreoli
Rucks: Sandi, Petrie
        Res: Lycett, derickx
Fwds: Riewoldt, Didak, Pav, Okeefe, Knights, Krakour, Day
          Res: jophnstone lawrence hamp
31k in the bank.

nows the part where you guys point out the many holes in my team. don't comment about the rookies which are interchangable so i picked them at random for now (except starting rookies). Gilbee, Cornes, Kerr, Okeefe head the list of question marks.

i had o keefe last year and he burnt me big time in a fair few games

kerr is a risk but i think it may pay off word is hes having a pretty good pre season.

dont think goodes is worth it, as he mainly plays foward now and he is on the wrong side of 30, esspeccially in the midfield with so many good young midfielders, i think trade for maybe richard douglas who is cheap for someone that is going to play most games in the middle,

kerr could have a good season, but dont bank on it,

really like boak but i dont like cornes at all very old and very injury prone last year, also i dont think sam day will get many games if he does i dont think he will be a high scorer this year (see jack watts)

no other problems 7/10

your right. may have to change cornes. i'll think about goodes. probably a coin toss in the end. as for sam day.. name me a rookie that isn't interchangable

Word is that Dids has had a pretty interrupted pre-season.

Move one of Goddard, Gibbs and Deledio to the midfield to replace Goodes to add another MPP option.

wood reconsider all your benches. have a look at this: http://drafttracker.afl.com.au/
would downgrade cornes to a rooky
Boak or Kerr to a mid-pricer
fwds are good.
just make sure you have those good premiums u dont wanna miss out on and same with the rookies
