Hi everyone! With SuperCoach finally open (yay!) it's now time to construct those teams and get them ready for the NAB Cup and beyond.

This is the first draft I have made for my SC team for 2011, and I must say I am quite happy with it, but it will definitely change between now and Rd 1.

So without further ado, I give you, the "Lipton Teabaggers".

Backline
B. Gibbs, B. Deledio, P. Duffield, S. Hurn, N. Bock, J. Drummond, A. Otten
J. Toy, P. Faulks, N. Duigan

Centre
B. Goddard, D. Swan, B. Sewell, D. Swallow, A. Gaff, D. Heppell
D. Harris, T. Mzungu, S. Atley

Ruck
A. Sandilands, D. Petrie
M. Bailey, Z. Smith

Forward
N. Riewoldt, L. Franklin, M. Pavlich, A. Goodes, D. Giansiracusa, T. Walker, A. Krakouer
B. Matera, J. Lamb, I. Smith

Remaining Budget: $2,400

So, judges, what do you think? Any improvements?  ;D

That was quick! (a phrase you are accustomed to hearing no doubt  ;) )

We have exactly the same Rucks so obviously they are perfect.

Would think twice about Lamb - not sure he will get many games this year at the Swans. Would have at some clubs but the Swans have quite a large selection of small forwards.

Any other dissection of the team will have to wait until I have had some sleep. That and let's be honest, I don't want to help you that much as I do want to beat you.

Bench players will come and go, nothing is set in concrete. I am very aware about Lamb, don't you worry.

You want to beat me? ::) Good luck... oh, just remember not to fill your team with half of the Hawthorn playing list this year. ;)

Well we effectively drew last year so as far as I am concerned this is unfinished business.

As for my Hawthorn selections, I selected 5 last year. I know you a prone to exaggerations though....  ;)

Exaggerations, you say? Well, ask Agent Orange and he'll say the same thing.  ;)

I'm loving the banter guys. ;D

I think Goddard should be in the backline and someone like Bock could be downgraded to a rookie like Jacobs. Also with Goddard out of the mids, you can choose a different premium there.

Not sure about Walker, but Gia could be a nice unique. :)

Looks like a good foundation.

c4v3m4n

I chose to have Goddard in the midfield because he's MPP status links well with Deledio and Gibbs.

Walker has bulked up quite alot of the pre-season and I reckon he'll become Adelaide's leading goalscorer this year.

But thanks for your comments Major!

MajorLazer

No problem.

Heppell is MPP and could be used as the link to the backline.

Walker's still risky, but hope he pays off for you. :)

Don't we all love a grudge match!

BoredSaint

youve got a very strong back line but some what lacking fwd line..

TOM15

Walker will probalby play most of the season, but unsure about how well he will play

Rest of the team looks really good though :)

9/10 good work

Big Lance

Love ur setup and structure. Lines all look good to me. Very happy with ur backs and forwards. Rucks and Mids arent too bad either  ;D
