i had a good week reaching 2098 but im still very depressed with O'keefe, hes looked pretty poor so he has to go.
I also still have robinson in my side as i didnt feel it was necessary to trade him last week with a playing bench player already.
My plans are to trade him in for either Jaxson Barham or preferably Hamish Hartlett.
Then with the spare cash from that and the 100K in the bank i would get riewoldt for O'keefe

My other option is to stick with the robinson trade and trade skipworth to anyone around 350K

I think im going to wait on skipworth unless strongly advised not to.
The only other variable is that if i keep skipworth on the bench either Mitch Brown or Taylor Walker will be playing on field in the meanwhile.

What are your thoughts?

Good enuff score to hold Skippy and trust the bench.

How many trades have you used so far?

yeahsup

Sounds like your real concern is ROK.
Concentrate on that, and let the other stuff work itself out as time goes by (ie. wait till you have to do it for a few reasons & kill 2 birds with 1 etc.)

yeahsup

well trading ROK and robinson out is killing 2 birds in 1
i just put the rest there to show my other options if they are said to be better.
so if all goes well in selections does the ROK, robinson out roo and other in sound good?

Prospector_1

Can't see the upside of being rid of Robinson so early - tho' lots are saying its a long time B4 the next game?

So, the other thing you're looking at is you're keen to get little Nicky.

My question then is, who else is an option there? Anyone? No-one?

yeahsup

well i guess i could go to someone on there way down like buddy for a bit less $$
but i dont see him getting to where he was last year
roo looks solid and will most likely be within ten of the tonne every week

Prospector_1

If gettin' buddy is 1 trade, Roo will still be there, and I bet you've got another upgrade target in that forward line - or will have after the next 3 weeks!

yeahsup

yes but i was just mentioning buddy as an option
i dont want to get him yet, not til he begins to surge upwards.
roo has hit his bottom for a while and i want to catch him on his way up
this double trade seems logical.

Prospector_1

OK, but i think Robinson still owes you, and you still owe Skippy (besides, he will go further up once he comes back).

yeahsup

ok, so im keeping skippy, thanks
but from what ive heard robinson isnt going to get a game soon
especially with grigg and hadley back next week probably, pushes him further down the list

Prospector_1

Ok, maybe you now hate Robbo.

So, Robbo's gotta go, so does ROK, and some1 around the buddy / nicky area needs to come in.

What are the options to achieve that?

If there's only 1 way to do it, I guess the decision's made (except for seeing the prices and the final team sheets on Friday).

yeahsup

i dont hate robinson i just dont think he will be playing again very soon
i may be proven wrong though
so prospector, and any others, if robinson is in fact picked this week, ROK still has to go
who would be a good choice then??

yeahsup

ok, well still, who is the best forward to pick at the moment below 415K???
