The tackle was horrendous. Saw it a few days ago on the news. Nothing in it and got the knee. And the player is out for a year.

I would give him a 12+ suspension as he had at least apologised. The tackle was reckless and stupid but he admitted to it afterwards. But many aren't tipping him to play again after this season but not set in stone.

Maybe invite him down to the FB to play hangman - but he doesn't get to choose any letters, we just hang him >:(

That was Sukha who done that to Leckie... It's time the A-League started to kick players out of the comp who keep re-offending with these sort of tackles.

normally i scoff at the softness of soccer and their over-reactive red cards :P but that was just terrible, he just went straight in at the knee, i agree which HP in that the suspension should be 12 mimimum, and they think there are thugs in footy and rugby ::) :P

Just a mistimed tackle. You see this stuff all the time in the EPL. 3 weeks. His studs were down going into the ball.

Fox Sports analysts are a joke. If you think this is a disgusting tackle, then just look up worst tackles on youtube or whatever and I am sure you'll see some way more shocking ones.

I don't follow the A-League at all. I am not defending him. I am defending the tackle. It's not even reckless. It's just a mistimed tackle.
