My time spent online

I have now spent 23 days, 16 hours and 4 minutes online.
this is really bad, and i cant work out why ive spent so much time online, maybe i should stop coming on so often :(
is this some kind of record?

After 15 minutes of not refreshing it automatically deems you as offline.

I can honestly say that it is quite often that I go 15 minutes without refreshment ;)
