Trade Advice Needed...

Hey guys,
I'm racking my brains deciding if I should complete the Gram --> Mattner trade.
Gram seems unable to find his position on the team and therefore hasn't settled into a rhythm and into good scores. (He's being swapped back and forth between the HB and the C) He does, however, generally see out the season well.
Mattner is a premium defender that is of keeper status (perhaps?) and he is down to 450k.
What do you guys think?
