I was due to be in Melbourne now and If I was I would be popping into the above-mentioned address to get my copy and do some DT planning mid-flight if travelling on Tiger as Tiger has no IFE!!!!!!!

I you want that bad go there... Also the NAB pre-season record should be out shortly as well. That has a big Dream Team section in it.
