Congratz Bunyip. Long time coming :D.

Go a bit further down on the main forum page when you are logged in and check out a new board ;).

I'll nominate Matthew Scarlett as he's been a rock down back for them for many years as well as being one of the best ever Modern Day Full Backman.

Mark Jackson , 31 games . 115 goals
Couldn't play to save himself, but had us all in stitches ;D

Bustling Billy Brownless.  >> Brownless made his VFL/AFL debut in Round 1, 1986 and quickly made a name for himself as a strong full-forward, winning the Cats' Best First Year Player award that year. He went on to play 198 games and kick 441 goals, putting him 3rd in Geelong's all-time goalkicking list, behind Gary Ablett (1021) and Doug Wade (834).

A very underrated player poor Billy. Could kick the ball a mile.

To be fair Brownless was never an all time great.

To be honest, two time Premiership winner and Brownlow medal you have to have Gary Ablett Junior in that list and I suspect there would be a few would would like to see Gary 'Buddah' Hocking in there as well. More a a all time ledgend possibly rather than the best.

It's going to be difficult to knock Polly Farner off though.

poor little Paul Couch and his brownlow medal couldnt get a nom :-\

259 games 203 goals 2 all australians 3 BF's team of the century member
