Thought I'd start a poll, everyone else does....
Sorry If this has already been done but couldn't find it anywhere..
Obviously GoldCoast will win this poll so I have excluded them.

Teams from past few years with good rookie playing record are Richmond, Melbourne, Kanga's, Freo... Just interested in peoples thoughts based on draft picks, or players that havent yet played.

My Tip would be Adelaide as they have lost so many players for this year.

I'm not sure if there is one team this year (apart from GC of course). Too hard to focus on one team with the byes this year.

FYI, you didn't exclude the GC from the poll and there is no e in Hawthorn.

Clearly going to be GC.

Otherwise freo & richmond play a lot of youngsters

Although this wont at all help with fantasy, I think Essendon is big chance for playing quite a few unexpected cheapies. The problem is knowing who. The Dons are such an unknown at the moment with an entire new coaching panel and don't exactly have a lot of areas they could get worse.

Given Freo's unexpected good form last year I don't think we will see anywhere near the variance in the playing list this year.

Yet I'm the only one to vote for them. But I left out Gold Coast for obvious reasons as we all know they will play rookies.

Essendon will likely be taking a Freo approach to the Youths coming in. I'd really hope they do as it could pay off in 2-3 seasons.

MTTY

For me it will be Essendon with them selecting a lot of unknown quantities in the draft and NM

Fletch74

Gold Coast clearly, although as pointed out they should be ineligible in this vote, but Essendon will try out their rookies this year, so they would have to be next in line IMO. Maybe WC will try a few as well.

nas

Think that Power will also but not as many as the Suns. Bombers will with Hird / Thompson to blood them in for an assault on the flag in year 12. Freo has to be there.

i voted for lions with polec & green in the mix & fev unknown & brown probably missing for chunks of season again,as well as the fact that i expect they will do it tough, eagles & doggies another 2,eagles for same reason as the lions & doggies just because they culled so many.

Although I think they will play a lot of rookies, because we don't know who, it makes it difficult to call them "rookie gold" as it isn't particularly useful.

I based it off more on which team will likely play the most rookies during the year rather than the quality of rookies in the team.

thanks for your views guys..

I sort of think Adelaide might be a treasure trove with the quality that left at the end of last season. Essendon is such an unknown. Doggies maybe???
Port might!!! Sydney, who they get or got ????
All I know Is I hope more reports come out coz I'm in the dark like the rest of ya......

I don't so much mean how good the rookies are as opposed to actually knowing which ones will be played but I take your point.
