Assuming I take option 2 of my Thread entitled "Skipworth THREE options", I am taking a look at the list of players I could trade Skipworth out for.

This double trade also involves swapping the (possibly chronically injured or at least hindered) Daniel Wells for G. Ablett.

I just look at that list of the top 8 most realistic options (IMO)...and I see players who have had 1 good year (e.g. Davis and Medhurst), old players like Goodwin and Akermanis, Fev who might continue to average 80-85 this year like the past couple (not quite a premium), Davey who is in a hot streak but might flop when tagged, Giansiracusa, the least desirable option in that his break even is 144 and therefore his price will drop further, and finally J. Brown who I have serious question marks over DT-wise this year...and has a horrible record against opponents in the next 4 games.

Please comment and vote away...

Sorry the poll options are stuffed up and I can't edit it now in Firefox browser so obviously just pick the 1 player please.

let u in on a little secret cyril rioli will go past 400k this season

Dreamau5, that's a good point I hadn't actually looked that far down the price list, focussing on those guys who are 350-370k but I reckon Cyril Rioli (still value at 316k with a BE of 46) might be my choice. Increased his score each match he's played so far, and with the Hawks going to strengthen as injured players return...I could definitely see him average 90+. Although returning players may cost him some TOG, because he's been playing 88% so far.

And unlike most of the other choices he isn't old and also won't get double teamed or tagged heavily like Browny and Davey and the like.

Well the 5 people who voted L. Davis were majorly vindicated with his performance against Essendon. It will be interesting to see who does best over the course of the year. In the end I couldn't decide out of any of them so I went with Cyril Rioli hoping he can maintain an average in the mid to high 80s and at 316k saved me a lot of cash for a future upgrade.

From memory scratchy mate, in your last post i said get Goodwin! And he backed me up today with that great performance...so I'm going to stick to that choice.

You were right about Goody, sort of wish I had brought him in given his score, but I thought getting Rioli would save plenty of cash and he's definitely still going up. With Goody's BE only 56 this week I might bring him in for Boomer Harvey. There will be a new poll shortly about that.

Good idea 4 sure...get that pol online.

well done man,
