Because a lot of the teams aren't bidding on as many internationals cause you can only play 4. So Deccan can pick and choose their spots.

Correct.They can have as many as they want up to 10 but only 4 can play each match

used to go for deccan but looks like i'm switching to Mumbai ;)

so they have to not play 1 of the internationals which probably will be jacobs that misses out but besides that looking like a strong side
