I'm sure he will be on soon.
I will be out for a while this afternoon, hopefully I get my picks in by then, but if I don't I will leave them with someone

Yeah nice pick BB.
Still 2 pace bowlers I can't believe haven't been picked yet and I plan on taking one of them with my next pick :) Can't decide which one though haha

Alex7089

It is me now o.O
Give me a minute :p

CrowsFan

Awesome looks like I will be getting my picks in soon :)

Alex7089

My pick is...
George Hirst

With a first class bowling average of 18.73, taking 2,742 wickets. He may not quite be the best bowler on offer, but with a FC batting average of 34, and over 36,000 runs, he will do very well at 8, and strengthen my batting lineup considerably.

Nice pick alex. To be honest I had not even considered him, but I probably should have

Alex7089

Really need to pick a keeper next.
The good ones will start to go soon.

CrowsFan

Ok so my next pick is another pace bowler...

Tom Richardson

Richardson took over 2100 wickets in first class cricket in just 358 matches at an average of just 18.43, his test bowling average was 25.22. He took 5 wickets in an innings 200 times and 10 in a match 72 times. His best bowling was 10 for 45. In a period of just 4 years he took over 1000 wickets. This guy was amazing and was selected by Neville Cardus in 1963 as one of the "Six Giants of the Wisden Century". An award which recognised the most notable players of the previous century.

Oh and he had a great mustache :)
