We can discuss and announce signings in this thread
The biggest one so far would have to be dutch youngster afellay to barcelona
but also becks has decided he wants to go to england this is a little bit of wat i have read
QuoteShould the former England captain opt to return home, he will be able to take his pick from Tottenham, West Ham, Sunderland, Newcastle, Blackburn and Everton :D.

Afellay is moving to Barca to get a bigger name. He was already one of the best in the Dutch League and now has to prove himself in arguably the best league in the world.

Will find it hard to crack the squad but lets hope he continues his growth. I liked watching him play.

Afellay isn't really all that young since he turns 25 in April.
Great pick up for Barca who only had to pay 3 million euros for him since his contract was going to expire in July. Will find it difficult to break into the side, I reckon he was mainly bought to give Pedro more competition for a starting place since Bojan isn't improving as much as they had hoped.
His style is definitely suited for Barca though

Here is an interesting rumour from the paper Daily Star in England:

QuoteKaka could be heading to Manchester United in a shock loan deal this month which could lead to a permanent £50million move. The Brazilian superstar midfielder has been heavily linked to a move to Inter Milan â€" with Real Madrid wanting £50m. Chelsea, too, are seriously interested in grabbing the playmaker who has now fully recovered from an ankle injury after surgery. The link has already been established with Kaka, 28, winning a Champions League trophy with Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti when they worked together at AC Milan. But United, according to reports in Spain, have now emerged as clear favourites with Real boss Jose Mourinho happy to do business with his old sparring partner Sir Alex Ferguson.

The only place Ronnie wants to go is back to his original club Gremio in Brazil, but apparently Milan are willing to listen to any offers so that they get a fair price for him, which leads me to this amazing news that I have read on a few different sites...

Regarding loans hawka it really depends on who is involved in the loan and how long the loan is for.
Basically the only thing that needs to be worked out when sending a player out on loan is how much each club will pay in wages for the player. For example in the case of Welbeck who is on loan at Sunderland for the entire season I would expect Sunderland to be paying his wage in full, but if he only went for a few months Man Utd would probably be happy to pay for around half his wages. But it really does depend on who is involved in the loan.
The other thing that sometimes happens is the club wanting the player will pay a fee upfront so that the club will accept, but that isn't generally very much.
So in conclusion it doesn't cost all that much to get a player on loan, which is why a lot of lower clubs like to do it since they don't have much money
