I dont think you necessarily need to get Conca as you already have Callinan as a FWD/MID MPP.

Heppell opens up the MPP DEF/MID, and IMO will do better than Conca anyway.

when you think about it, I wouldn't be sure he will.

Probably won't slot in their midfield of Tuck, Deledio (may play back I know), Foley, Grigg, Cotchin, Connors, Jackson, Martin and even Titch edwards is loved at Tigerland.

Which means that he will most likely slot into their forward line, probably playing off half forward, the ball probably won't be down their too much, as such he may not be too consistent.

Heppell could play either a running defender or even a mid in the Dons, which makes him IMO more tempting.

I got no beef with Conca though, it's up to you.
