My defence bench at the moment is cameron richardson and josh toy with tendai mzungu on the field. the last position on my defence bench is between iles and hibberd and i was wondering who you guys thought would get the most games and which one would have the greater scoring capabilities. thanks.

For me I have both but I think Iles will be a better option as he is almost a certainty to play where as Hibberd isn't...

I'd go with Isles. Has afl experience and is a hard runner which is always very beneficial

Its looking like i will go iles. thanks guys.

Iles for me.  better still Michael Coad, IMO

I reckon iles has the ability to score more heavily than coad playing as a more half back/back pocket player opposed to coad strictly being a key defender. especially as bock the other key defender will rack up a lot of points.

thats a good point, but Michael Coad's stats in the SANFL are ultra impressive.

Iles tried once at AFL level and failed, what makes everyone think he'll make it this time?

in the vfl this year sam iles played 18 games to be named in the best 11 times. michael coad played 8 games to named in the best 4 times. i cant find iles vfl stats anywhere but coad averaged 20 disposals and 7 marks last year, a great return for a key defender.

coad played 13 games this year though.  either would be fine though
