Draft Style league 2011 SC

Ok, I've tried reading over the first page... but what exactly is this? I'm not exactly sure how it works!

basically ossie it is a league run on FF where there is x amount of captains who draft fantasy coaches, the teams will then play together in a fixture made probably by daz.

team v team. Its not a league, its a comp, where each team member puts in their score, the teams total is added up and whoever has the highest for the round wins that round.
